Desert Pastures International School Captivates Distinguished Guests
The Desert Pastures International School was visited by Pastor Eastwood and his guests, which included Rev. Dr. Lawrence Tetteh of world wide miracle outreach , Lady Lawyer Gifty and professor Kuma former vice Chancellor of the university of Mines and Technology and seven other dignitaries after touring the Har Kadosh building project. Dr. Lawrence Tetteh was clearly impressed when he arrived and remarked, “Your school is very nice!” The pre-primary school, the JHS block, and the Grade 1 classroom were among the facilities the group visited.
The structure and the students confident answers to the question, “How are you?” astounded the guests. “We’re smart, we’re intelligent, we’re solutions to problems, thank you!” exclaimed the Grade 1 students with enthusiasm. With equally enthusiastic response, the Junior High School (JHS) class exclaimed, “We’re on top and still rising, thank you!”
The headmistress clarified that every class had a different response, which reflects the school’s focus on helping pupils develop their self-esteem and confidence. The visitors used the occasion to engage with the students, offering counsel, prayers, and words of support. Everyone found the tour to be a touching event that demonstrated the school’s dedication to fostering the intellectual and spiritual development of its pupils.
