Rev. Rosemond Nana Wiredua Anaba is married to Rev. Eastwood Anaba and is the Co-founder and Vice President of EAM. She has been by his side through all his developments in the ministry and has grown throughout the years to understand the unconventional man of God she is married to. They met in 1981 at University and got married on 12th September 1988.
The Anaba’s have a great friendship that is admired by many. Rev. Rosemond is an equal partner in the ministry, and they are known as the Senior Pastorate in Bolgatanga, Upper-East Region, Ghana. She is well known for her great strengths in organising , planning and receiving of guests. Rev. Eastwood in an interview with the Standpoint stated that “she is a great teacher, her personality and the way she is packaged is a blessing”.
Rev. Rosemond Anaba was born on 13th July 1962 in Mampong – Akwapim, Ghana. Her father was a business man, she comes from a family of 3 siblings. Rev. Rosemond is a Biological Science graduate also from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, Ghana. Unlike her husband, Rosemond came from a very strict Christian background and upbringing.
Rosemond Anaba also oversees the Social Transformation division of EAM. It’s mission is to equip and empower orphans and destitute children in Ghana and beyond to acquire quality formal education and or entrepreneurial skills so as to stem the increasing incidence of crime and moral decadence.
She is also a Pastor at Fountain Gate, Desert Pastures in Bolgatanga. As a pastor, she has an unusual caring spirit and is a great source of inspiration to many women around the globe.
Her sterling leadership qualities are evident in whatever responsibility she undertakes. She is the Director of the Desert Pastures International School in Bolgatanga, a school that promotes the spirit of excellence in all spheres in that part of the world. It is also seen as an Oasis of Development.
With a meticulous approach to the things of God, Rosemond has inspired pastors’ wives and other women around the world to pursue God and discover their self-worth in Him. Her strength lies in her personal devotion to Christ, affableness and her humility. Her husband Eastwood calls her an ideal Christian.
Every week through the medium of the radio and TV, Rosemond imparts grace and power to the people of the Upper East Region where she lives. She is one of the most heard female voices in the entire northern part of Ghana. Her gentle spirit affords a perfect balance to her husband’s militant approach to life and ministry.
